The Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme 2011 is jointly organised by the Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council to promote site safety, as well as encourage appropriate health and environmental practices for both public and non-public work sites.

The Jordan Valley Box Culvert Project was awarded the Considerate Contractors Site Award (New Works) - Merit Award. Two Hsin Chong staff working on the project also received awards at the awards presentation ceremony held on 24 May 2012. Mr. Chiu Wai Loi received the Model Workers Award, whilst Mr. Wong Chok was presented with the Model Frontline Supervisor Award.
