The Joint and Several Provisional Liquidators of Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited have made an application to the Supreme Court of Bermuda for the extension of time for convening the first meetings of creditors and contributories, which are expected to take place later this year. We are awaiting a hearing date from the Supreme Court of Bermuda and shall provide an update to the creditors and contributories of Hsin Chong Group Holdings Limited in due course.
