Following the successful acquisition of 180 hectares of land in Tieling City of Liaoning Province in 2011, we are now executing a multi-phased plan to develop a new town model over the next 6-8 years. The new town named 'La Viva', comprises 2 million square meters of residential space and 1 million square meters of retail space. It consists of retail, entertainment, tourist attractions, residential, office, hotel and other MICE facilities. With a comprehensive transportation network nearby, falling under the Shenyang catchment areas and benefitting from the rich resources of the Northeast Industrial District and Tieling New Town, 'La Viva' will not only become a new landmark in the Northeast China, but also a model city for China’s future urbanization development.
