Our property development division comprises a team of dedicated veterans with extensive experience and network in Hong Kong and Mainland China.  The team has successfully completed a variety of landmark projects such as International Commerce Centre (ICC) in Hong Kong, Shanghai Xintiandi, Wuhan Tiandi, Chongqi Tiandi and East Gate Plaza Beijing.

Seeing the opportunities arising from China’s continuing urbanisation, our strategy is to develop a series of modern and integrated new towns in the second and third-tier cities in China in an effort to offer local residents a new kind of lifestyle and international community, thereby raising their quality of life and introducing an unprecedented lifestyle living experience to these areas. 

Following the successful acquisition of 180 hectares of land in Tieling City of Liaoning Province in 2011, we are now executing a multi-phased plan to develop a new town model over the next 6-8 years.  The new town named 'La Viva', comprises 2 million square meters of residential space and 1 million square meters of retail space.  It consists of retail, entertainment, tourist attractions, residential, office, hotel and other MICE facilities.  With a comprehensive transportation network nearby, falling under the Shenyang catchment areas and benefitting from the rich resources of the Northeast Industrial District and Tieling New Town, 'La Viva' will not only become a new landmark in the Northeast China, but also a model city for China’s future urbanization development.

Looking ahead, we will further ride on the opportunities offered by the country’s continued urbanisation to expand our strategic development on the Mainland.  We will always strive for becoming a leading brand in China’s real estate industry.
