Interiors and Special Projects

The growth of Hsin Chong's interiors and special projects service is encouraging. From design and planning, through to structural, external works and complete interior finishes and renovation, Hsin Chong's interiors and special projects service continues to deliver excellent value to our customers in educational, commercial, hotel, industrial and retail property segments in Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland.

We are also a licensed contractor for conservation projects to provide comprehensive service to repair, restore and conserve historical buildings. In 2010, Hsin Chong successfully completed the revitalisation of the North Kowloon Magistracy Building, built in 1960, into an international arts college. This was the first project completed under Batch 1 of the Revitalising Historic Buildings through Partnership Scheme, a HKSAR Government's program to revitalise a number of historical buildings through good adaptive re-use of historic buildings.
