In Macau, Hsin Chong was appointed as construction manager for the construction of the Sands Macao Casino in 2003. Since then, Hsin Chong has also been appointed as construction manager by the resort owner for the Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel, Sands Macao podium and hotel, Four Seasons Hotel Macao and the recently opened Sands Cotai Central. At the peak, more than 900 Hsin Chong management staff were engaged on the development of Venetian Macao-Resort-Hotel.
