Hsin Chong, main contractor of this project, provides superstructure works and Hsin Chong Aster provides E&M services. The development will be in 2 phases. The 1st phase, referred to as the High Block, is a 20-storey building; the 2nd phase is referred to as the Low Block. The new academic 3 building will be linked to the campus' student hostels.
