Interiors and Special Projects
The project entails the revitalisation of a 23-storey factory building to convert it to a commercial building. The plan is for 18 of the storeys to be devoted to office and commercial purposes while the remaining five storeys will serve as a shopping arcade.
The large-scale project will provide approximately 300, 600 and 930 square metres of gross floor area for arcade shops on the ground floor, first floor and fourth floor, respectively. The second and third floors will each measure approximately 1,500 square metres.
Commercial space will be provided from the fifth to the sixteenth floor, with each floor being approximately 927 square metres in area. From the seventeenth to the twenty-second floors, each will measure approximately 824 square metres in area. The overall height of the building will be over 80 metres.
