History and Milestones
The origin of the company dates back to 1939 when China was suffering from immense social unrest and political turmoil. Today, China is widely recognised as a superpower while Hong Kong, the birthplace of Hsin Chong, has transformed itself from a small fishing village to become one of the world's most prominent financial centers and an international metropolis.
Over the past century Hsin Chong has also matured and prospered in parallel with the territory.
This project, constructed by Hsin Chong, was a 34-storey deluxe residential tower with clubhouse and related facilities.
Hsin Chong committed to the development of Hong Kong by setting up a new business arm - Hsin Chong Aster Building Services Limited (HC Aster) in 1988. HC Aster, originally a joint venture with Aster S.p.A in Italy, is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hsin Chong.
This project mainly entailed the construction of two 6-storey school buildings.
This is a large-scale public housing project in which Hsin Chong employed the mechanised construction method. The project won the Hong Kong Institute of Architects' Annual Award in 1982.
This commercial building is located above the Central MTR station. Hsin Chong completed the construction works for this project in 15 months.
Sui Wo Court in Shatin was the largest project for the first-phase Home Ownership Schemes in Hong Kong. This project was constructed by Hsin Chong.
Over the decades, many dedicated employees and stakeholders have contributed to the tremendous success of Hsin Chong. Their collective efforts and hard works have repeatedly reinforced the Hsin Chong brand.
